Let’s Croc & Roll!

Get set to be entertained as the all-new movie, Lyle, Lyle Crocodile splashes into cinemas on Boxing Day!

What’s it all about?
When the Primm family moves to New York City, their son Josh struggles to adapt to his new school and friends. All of that changes when he discovers Lyle – a singing crocodile who loves baths, caviar, and great music – living in the attic of his new home. The two become fast friends, but when Lyle’s existence is threatened by the mean Mr. Grumps, the Primms must band together with Lyle’s owner, Hector P. Valenti to save him. They must show the world that family can come from the most unexpected places, and there’s nothing wrong with a big singing crocodile with an even bigger personality!

Meet the gang!

Lyle. Like many people, Lyle is just looking for love and acceptance. Only difference is, he’s a giant crocodile with scales and razor-sharp teeth! It’s his outward appearance that makes Lyle so misunderstood. He’s actually a sweet, tender, emotional artist who doesn’t speak, but expresses himself through song.

Josh Primm. Josh is a smart 12-year-old kid who approaches life carefully. His family’s move to New York City has affected him the most as he tries to fit into a new school and make new friends. Everything changes when he develops a magical friendship with Lyle, a singing crocodile living in his attic that inspires him to take chances, embrace risks and live life to the fullest!

Mrs Primm. Having made a name for herself with a successful cookbook, Mrs. Primm is using their move to New York to take time off work and spend time with her son Josh instead. Taking things slow isn’t easy for Mrs. Primm until she learns of her son’s new crocodile friend who influences her in fun and magical ways.

Mr Primm. Having taken care of his son since birth, Mr. Primm is now taking a new job in the city as a teacher and department chair. A former wrestling champ, Mr. Primm has become overly cautious later in life and a bit of a pushover. Lyle helps him find his inner warrior again and the confidence to take life to the next level.

Hector P. Valenti. This guy is part showman, part schemer, and pure magic. At the end of the run of his failed international one man show, his fortune changes when he discovers a singing baby crocodile who he takes under his wing.

Mr. Grumps. The story’s fantastic villain happens to live just below the Primm’s new home. He doesn’t believe in change, instead he holds onto traditional values and beliefs – that mailboxes should be painted the correct shade of grey and crocodiles, no matter how talented, belong in the zoo.
