Imagine every version of Batman you’ve ever heard of – old, new, serious, silly – all squished together into one giant LEGO adventure. That’s what Legacy of the Dark Knight feels like. Instead of retelling one story, the game treats Gotham like a big history book of Batman moments and you get to jump in and help wherever trouble pops up. You can explore a full open‑world Gotham, glide over rooftops, grapple up buildings and drive the Batmobile… if you remember it exists. We kept forgetting because flying the Batwing was too much fun. The best part? You can play the whole thing in two-player co‑op, swapping between Batman and mates like Commissioner Gordon, each with their own gadgets for solving puzzles and defeating enemies. As you progress, you earn more characters, too. Combat feels fast, funny and very Lego – enemies explode into bricks after all, not hospital bills. And it’s more team focused; in fact, the whole game feels deeper and more ambitious than previous Lego games. No wonder the Joker is smiling!
