PlayStation Portal

Sony has a new handheld out; well, kind of. The PlayStation Portal isn’t a console, but instead a lovely 10” screen, surrounded by DualSense quality controllers. On it, you can play the games you have downloaded on your PS5 over Wi-Fi. It works best in your own house, but can work on any Wi-Fi network. The device is built really well, and if you’re someone who is always stuck unable to play your PS5 because someone else is using the big screen, it’s really handy. Plus, it doubles as a second controller for normal gaming, too.

Corsair Nightsabre RGB Wireless Gaming Mouse

PC gamers looking for a killer gaming mouse will find plenty to like in the Corsair Nightsabre. It looks amazing, with a smooth top, textured side grips, a sharply angled nose and a number of sweet LED light placements. There are 11 customisable buttons, from mouse wheel tilts, to dual side buttons and more. You get 20-hours of battery life from a 15-minute charge, even with the lights on. It’s a nice size and solidly built, too, making it comfortable for all hand sizes. The sub-1ms response time and 26,000 dpi sensitivity ensure it’s a winner.

Google Pixel 8 Pro

The latest phone from Google is a lovely looking device. It’s got softer, more rounded edges to its predecessor, and an amazing 6.7” screen that looks particularly good with games. The camera remains one of the most impressive on the market, and new features like Best Take make it easier than ever to get a great photo. Setup is a cinch, as is navigating the phone and getting to all the important settings. The battery life and performance are good without being great, but it costs less than its competitors!
