Arguably the best racing game in the world is scoring a new entry in 2026, and the setting is the gorgeous countryside of Japan. It won’t just be rural areas, however, with big cities promised. From mountain passes to neon-lit city streets, and coastal highways to rural backroads, this open-world is promising plenty of different driving experiences to enjoy. As you might expect, the roster of cars is set to expand, including many curious vehicles only found in Japan. In another big surprise, a PS5 version is expected, but it will be a delayed release.
