Status: Din Djarin, also known as the Mandalorian, features in the new Star Wars movie The Mandalorian and Grogu. He is an experienced bounty hunter now enlisted by the New Republic, working alongside Grogu to confront threats from scattered Imperial warlords.

Style: Actor, Pedro Pascal’s Mandalorian is tall, stoic, and clad in a full suit of beskar armour, complete with the iconic T‑visor helmet. He also wears a dark half‑cape and is often equipped with weapons and a jetpack.

Personality: Acting as the calm centre of chaos, Din Djarin is quiet, disciplined, and tactical. In this film instalment, he demonstrates a renewed sense of justice and responsibility shaped by his evolving role within the New Republic.

Friends: No longer a lone wolf and aligning with the good guys, Din Djarin embraces a strong father-mentor role with his young apprentice Grogu.

Skills: An expert marksman, the Mandalorian tends to use strategy rather than brute force and relies on experience, gadgets, and advanced combat techniques.

He-Man

Status: In this year’s film, He-Man: Masters of the Universe, ten-year-old Adam Glenn escapes his birth planet, Eternia, and is raised on Earth. Years later, after uncovering his secret legacy, he returns home. A mythical sword enables Adam to transform into He‑Man, the warrior destined to defend his kingdom against the villainous Skeletor.

Style: In battle, He-Man wears chest armour, loincloth‑inspired lower armour, arm bands, and boots. He has golden‑blonde hair and a muscular, heroic physique.

Personality: He-Man embodies compassion, loyalty, and humility. As Prince Adam of Eternia, his core motivation is protecting his family and Eternia from Skeletor’s tyranny.

Friends: In He-Man: Masters of the Universe, Prince Adam is supported by Teela, a trusted ally and warrior; Man‑At‑Arms, a strong mentor figure; and Battle Cat, his loyal companion.
